Corporate Citizenship

Good op-ed:

The text of the Constitution nowhere suggests that corporations, having no commitment to the public good and no moral accountability, should be treated as if they were citizens having political rights equivalent to those of citizens. It should be deeply troubling to all citizens that Supreme Court justices disclaiming "judicial activism" would seriously consider extending constitutional political rights to abstract entities.
